Tell us what the system is doing: a fault light or error code on the inverter, a drop in production, an app that stopped reporting, panels that need to come off for a reroof, pigeons under the array, or a stain on the ceiling near the panels. If you know them, include the number of panels, the inverter brand, roughly when it was installed, and whether your bill comes from SRP or APS. A photo of the inverter screen or label helps a lot.
